The Sixers bring a 3–1 start to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for a 7 p.m. meeting with Indiana. Philadelphia won its first three before Sunday's loss to Detroit; the Pacers are 2–2 after splitting a road back-to-back in Brooklyn and Milwaukee.
The matchup is built around movement. Tyrese Haliburton has returned from his Achilles injury averaging 21.8 points and 9.5 assists through four games, while Tyrese Maxey enters as the Eastern Conference Player of the Week after averaging 28.8 points during Philadelphia's opening stretch. Indiana will try to turn the floor into a track. The Sixers' job is to keep their size from becoming slow feet in space.
Philadelphia won the most recent meeting 103–91 on April 10 behind 32 points from Maxey and swept last season's four-game series. This version of Indiana is healthier at the point, even with a crowded injury report elsewhere. Watch on ESPN or NBC Sports Philadelphia; tipoff is 7 p.m. from Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
